Circle of Friends Foundation, Inc. / Wheelmobile (COFFI) is the first Filipino made transport service for people with disabilities since 2003. Today, they have 4 Wheelmobiles. It is a modified fully air-condition van. The cabin chassis of a vehicle is purchased and the body is customized and fabricated to a height of approximately 1.50m, allowing access to even very tall people in wheelchairs. Beginning in 2003, the Wheelmobile, “Mobility with Dignity” is the first accessible transport service for people in wheelchairs in the Philippines. The fleet of their Wheelmobiles offers non-emergency travels for wheelchair users plying routes in Metro Manila, NCR, Luzon and Bicol. It is situated in Makati City.
A total of 14,100 Pesos has been given in cash and in kind to Circle of Friends Foundation (Wheelmobile).
