Dear Ms. Helbig,

Greetings from the Ayala Foundation USA!

In behalf of our President, Mrs. Victoria P. Garchitorena, we are glad to inform you that the Board of Trustees of the Ayala Foundation USA has recently approved your grant eligibility application and project proposal.

In this regard, we can now formally start our partnership in raising the funds you need for your project. Concretely this would mean, you may1.  now inform your friends and benefactors in the US about your project and request them to donate to the cause you are raising funds for through Ayala Foundation USA. Likewise, on our part, it would mean, we will already start featuring articles about your project in the E-bulletin and other media outlets we have.

As an added feature to this partnership, we offer technical assistance aimed at helping you come up with a communications and fund-raising plan. This is essentially a session geared towards creating effective campaign messages that would guarantee positive response to your campaign for funds in the US.
