Hope Worldwide Foundation has established a model child welfare and protection system for Filipino Children in Especially Difficult Circumstances (CEDC). For more than a decade, it has provided essential medicines, supplies, professional services and most importantly caring full-time staff and volunteers who work directly with poor children. Hope Worldwide cares for the urban poor children in Baseco and Payatas by providing daycare centers, livelihood programs and drop-in centers in both places. This includes family development programs and essential nutrition provision for the urban poor children in their area. Hope also runs the Centre of Hope, a refuge center for abused children in Laguna.
A total of 21,572,687.04 Pesos in cash and in kind was given to Hope Worldwide Foundation.
