ISIP-Bata Workshop was held at Asian Institute of Management one of the top and most sought after management schools in the country together with MBA mentors held the training for youth and children on “Creative Thinking” where they can solve a particular social problem and create a prototype for their concept. ISIP is an acronym that means Inspirasyon (inspiration), Solusyon (solution), Ideya (idea) and Puso (heart). The youth and children were taught not only to think about solutions but also to empathize so they can feel and have a better context of the problem they want to address. 40 Children were selected from different schools in Manila, Pasig, and other urban poor communities. The winner was given seed fund of 100,000 to start their project and will be mentored continually. It was a great three days of learning, fun, camaraderie and creative thinking!
